The Houseboat ‘Casa da Ria’ is a self-sustaining and ecological boat, as it has the capacity to generate energy for all its equipment. With a modernist design, rationality of space, comfort, utility and good ventilation and lighting were prioritised, giving this boat a unique character. It is equipped for 4 people and is divided into two floors. The first floor contains the bedroom with 1 double bed and panoramic views from the balcony. The kitchen has a dining table and is equipped with crockery, a small cooker, fridge (with freezer drawer), coffee machine and microwave. The shower, washbasin and WC area are also on this floor. The dining table in the kitchen can be converted into a sofa bed with sleeping capacity for 2 people. The 2nd floor is characterised by a privileged view of the Ria Formosa, with a shaded solarium and sun loungers. The boat also has access ladders at the stern and a small semi-rigid rowing boat for travelling to the deserted beaches around 50 metres from the boat.
